Here at CE Skin Aesthetics, client satisfaction is number one priority. However, we’re afraid we can’t do refunds for clients who changed their minds simply because they found something cheaper elsewhere, or decided that they don’t like it anymore, or any other similar reason.

Products: Terms, Conditions, and Refund Policy

  • CE Skin Aesthetics will provide refunds for products in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. If our product is faulty, we will provide a replacement or a refund. Please note, we cannot provide a refund if you change your mind.
  • CE Skin Aesthetics procedures and products may not be suitable for everyone and while all due care and skill are exercised in treating our clients – ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to decide if the product or treatment is suitable for them.
  • Request for refunds for products purchased online through the customer portal must be made in writing and issued to [email protected], for our consideration. CE Skin Aesthetics may decide, upon review of your written request, whether a refund is required.

Services: Terms, Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Treatments purchased through our website or a partner booking website – for example, Bookwell – continue to be regulated by CE Skin Aesthetics’ conditions of use, privacy policy, cancellation and our refund policy.
  • All Pre-paid packages are non-refundable.
  • CE Skin Aesthetics treatments and services are not transferable to other individuals.
  • At least 72 hours’ prior notice must be given for any appointment change or cancellation. If customers provide less than 72 hours’ notice, or you do not attend an appointment, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid. In the case of pre-paid treatments, the cost of treatment will be forfeited.
  • For CE Skin Aesthetics to provide you with excellent customer service, all information requested must be provided, including completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments.
  • Customers must have realistic expectations of the results of the treatment.
  • We recommend our customers to work with your therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.
